Work with our firm from the very beginning to the very end of your renovation project. After getting to know you, your desired scope of work, and goals for the future of your home, we start the process with conceptual design. Our team begins to work on translating our conversations into design material. This service includes a full design package containing detailed floor plans, elevations, 3D modeling, 3D renderings, material samples, furnishing selection, and accessories.
Once a design plan has been selected, we begin organizing the project schedule, trade management and procurement. From the moment we enter the construction phase until project completion, our clients have the enjoyment of going about their day to day. Our team handles all elements of project management, including the close out tasks to make your space feel like home.
Digital Design
Not local to Southern Ontario, but feel that we are the right fit for you? We offer our full design package digitally to allow you to work with us from anywhere. In our initial virtual engagement, we get to know you, your desired scope of work and gain familiarity with the existing conditions of your home. Our team then works to translate our conversations into design concepts to present to you. With the same attention to detail as our in person services, we finalize and create a beautiful design package for you to execute on your own timeline.
With this service, we offer a full design package containing detailed floor plans, elevations, 3D modeling, 3D renderings, digital material samples, and furnishing selections. This service does not include access to our firm's private vendors or procurement services.

. This paid 1 hour consult will take place in your home or virtually to allow us to understand you, your home, and your lifestyle. We’ll walk you through our design process in detail and discuss your project scope further. You’ll receive a tailored proposal after our meeting.

. After capturing your existing floor plan, we thoughtfully assess your space to create a layout that is both purposeful and refined. During this meeting, we walk you through our concepts for improved flow, furniture placement, and spatial relationships. This meeting ensures we are aligned with your functional requirements, laying the foundation for a seamless transition into the finishes phase.

. Trade Day is a key step where our trusted contractors and specialists visit your home to evaluate existing conditions and our proposed plan. This allows us to uncover any technical considerations and obtain accurate cost inputs from each trade. With this information in hand, we’re able to refine the scope and engage in a more informed, investment-conscious conversation.

. In this meeting, we define the visual and tactile layers of your space. We will present our proposed finishes, materials, and furnishings that define the character and atmosphere of your home. From flooring and tile, to lighting, fabrics, and furniture, we present curated options that reflect your tailored aesthetic. Every selection is thoughtfully considered to ensure a cohesive and elevated final result. Preliminary budget numbers will be presented to provide transparency and support confident decision-making as we refine the project scope.
FINISHES & BUDGET REVIEW

. With the full scope now defined, including finalized floor plans, selected finishes and furnishings, and a detailed budget, we move forward with a formal design sign-off. This step allows us to begin procuring all materials and coordinating your construction schedule.
FINAL DESIGN

. We secure all materials, furnishings, and necessary components well in advance to guarantee timely delivery and seamless coordination on-site. This proactive approach enables us to uphold our project timelines. Simultaneously, we finalize a detailed construction schedule and formally coordinate our trades.
PROCUREMENT & SCHEDULING

. This is where is all comes together. Our team oversees the delivery of all curated goods with white-glove service, guaranteeing careful handling. We thoughtfully install each piece of furniture, artfully layering accessories and fresh florals. Once the final touches are in place, we guide you through an exclusive reveal of your transformed space
